Organizational structure consists of:

Managing organs: General Shareholders’ Meeting, Board of Directors, Management Board, General Director, Head Office

Structural units: seven regional fixed-line divisions and two inter-regional divisions responsible for mobile communications and IT.
Rights, powers and duties of managing organs are specified by the Company Charter and other internal documents.
Rights, powers and duties of structural units (divisions) are specified by divisional regulations.
The Company participates in management controls of its subsidiary and affiliated businesses via representatives in the Boards of Directors.
